Unwanted Car Buyer FAQs

When we collect your car, the person present will need to provide a valid photo ID (such as a driving licence or passport) and proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement). If available, please also have your V5C logbook, keys, and any relevant service or MOT paperwork.

We make payments via secure bank transfer or cheque. Bank transfers are typically cleared within 24 hours of collection, while cheques may take a few days to clear depending on your bank. The payment method will be confirmed with you before collection.
